Sex means intercourse. Anything that isn’t full sex, doesn’t count

• Solitary masturbation while partner is watching
• Enjoying Pornography 
• Cybersex
• Giving each other a sexual massage
• Oral Sex
• Anal Sex
• Inter mamillary sex
• Femoral Sex
• Use of sex toys
• Use of sex role-play
• Relishing food placed on a nude body.

And practically anything that gives the two of you pleasure. Of course, if you wish to have a child, full intercourse would be needed.
